He knew what he was doing, he was friendly and above all, he was a real professional. He also kept me in the loop for any othe repairs I might need done in the future. However, after speaking to my warranty company, they approved the replacement of the rollers that Trler said I would need in the future. Thank you Tyler, you made me smile to find out my door was now repaired and my home was now more secure.
