Order should have contained 10 icepacks I only received 5. when I notified the company I was informed that it was out of date for the complaint. Item was delivered last week I sent notice on Monday of this week after I rechecked my order

Could not recommend more. Free delivery - purchased late Thursday night and arrives first thing Saturday morning. Don’t normally leave reviews but this service calls for it.
