Feb 04,2021I will find it hard to express my disappointment with this agent. Their progression is the worst I have ever experienced. The attitude of Lenny defies words. None of the staff I dealt with seemed to actually understand the conveyancing process. I could go into fine detail however, I am putting the whole sorry experience behind me. Further to the reply. Over a year after the event, which pretty much sums things up in itself. Try Chubb you may find it then. Though I don’t hold out much hope.

Nov 24,2020Needing to sell my property, I was impressed with Quirks from the beginning. A realistic price was suggested by Chris and the professional photos showed the property exactly as it is. Rico and Ryan kept me informed of viewings as they happened and I was given proper feedback on each. But it was after I had accepted an offer from a cash buyer that Quirks’ service really kicked in. By this time, Lenny in the Sales Progression team, had taken over and was the intermediary between me, the buyer and her solicitors. The buyer was not co-operative at all and I realised early on that she had some sort of agenda. Considering what should have been a simple transaction, the buyer dragged out the process for months. Lenny was subjected to unfair and derogatory comments along the way, just for doing her job. I take my hat off to her for staying calm, patient and professional throughout and for pushing the sale finally through to a successful conclusion. You won’t get better service, I assure you.

We chose to list with them after they proved their skill with much higher quality photos that others agents we had quoted with (turned around in under 24 hours) and they also gave as a much better rate. A quick shout out to Rico and Ryan for selling the house in a good timescale and being on the other end of the phone for us whenever we had questions. Nov 21,2020After having my property on the market for 5 weeks with another agent on the island, (Wilson Wood) who over valued my house BY £25k, and had no sense of urgency, or any hunger to get us sold, I decided to give Anthony Quirk a go as they had been very persistent to gain my business. I really have to say Anthony Quirk were a completely different ball game and a breath of fresh air! From the outset the experience was different, professional photos, great web listing, particulars and everyone who worked there selling came and looked at the house so they knew exactly what it was like. Instantly we were inundated with viewings and after just two weeks they had got us two buyers which had made decent offers at the price what we wanted! I would highly recommend Anthony Quirk.... and wished I had of used them in the first place instead of wasting 5 weeks with an agent that just wasn't proactive!
