Even though he arrives so early and does many hours as it is. As a busy estate agent I was shocked as he made me feel like I was his only customer. Cannot recommend him enough

From start to Finnish the team worked hard in difficult times kept me informed and pressed the sale if solicitors dragged their feet,email worked best, Lenny answered even out of hours. Highly recommend.

The sales team were very helpful selling my property before hitting the market and then finding me a new buyer within 24 hours of my old buyer pulling out. Rico and Ryan we’re especially helpful alongside Chris and Lenny progressing the sale and marketing the home! Would 100% recommend them and use them again. Sep 12,2020I’m very rarely compelled to write reviews for companies that I have used, however, I feel in this case I owe it to Anthony Quirk to give them credit where it’s due. I have both sold and purchased through Anthony Quirk and found both experiences to be quite fantastic. I’ve used many other estate agents over the years and for one reason or another I never quite clicked or the process never progressed how I would have hoped. When I approached Anthony Quirk Estate Agents, Chris came round and I told him what annoyed me about my previous sales and he asked me to give them a try as they were different to the others and assured me that they wouldn’t be like the previous ones I’ve used. I have to say, thankfully he was right. From the very beginning when Chris arrived for a valuation, through to viewings on my own property and potential purchases with Rico and Ryan, and then to the sales progression with Lenny, I found that I was able to build a relationship with each of them where we could discuss things openly and honestly and I felt that the set up was slick and very well managed. The chain ended up being quite a difficult one to manage and quite frustrating (through no fault of ours or AQ’s) However I’m pleased to say that they were very attentive and just as concerned as I was to get things moving. By working together we managed to resolve the issues at the other end of the chain and get an exchange. Had it been left for the rest of the chain to deal with the situation, and if it wasn’t for Lenny managing the sales progression on our behalf I can confidently say we would not have completed. So glad I went with Anthony Quirk, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation and I will certainly use them, again if the need arises. Thank you!

In recent months I needed help with regards to my house and Chris went over and above on more than one occasion and literally was there when I needed him. He is so honest and doesn't tell me what I want to hear which is such an important quality to have. He always advises me even if the outcome doesn't benefit him and he stands out from everyone else I have dealt with at other estate agencies. I am currently in the process of looking to move again and he was the first person I got in touch with and I personally won't deal with anyone else as I trust him fully to help me achieve what I have set out to achieve. I know we will get there in the end! Keep up the good work :)

They went through every single option with us and broke down each option, so it was easy for my family to digest the information. As first time buyers, it was important for us to understand what we was getting into and I feel like they really did that and made the experience so positive. Rico was always so reassuring and professional with us, never left us out the loop and told us about anything he felt wasn't right, whenever we was having any doubts. If anyone is wishing to move homes and are first time buyers, i highly recommend to contact them.
