I went to Anthony quirk to view 3 properties on canvey island, and I was managed by Rico. He showed me 3 amazing properties on the island, and they were all up to standard. Rico was exceptionally professional he knew exactly what he was talking about and very knowledgeable about all the properties. Also he was very organised with his time while showing us these properties where I was quite limited with my time. Furthermore, he made us feel extremely happy while serving us and kept me updated about other properties that he thought would suit my preferences.

We used Anthony Quirk to buy our first home 5 years ago so when we wanted to sell there was no hesitation about going with them again. Quick to value and get on the market, lots of people through the door for viewings and within 10 days our house was sold. We relocated 300 miles away and at the start we thought it would be quick and straight forward as there was no chain either side but we had delays our end due to jobs and housing. Zoe kept our buyers up to date and reassured which took the pressure and stress off of us. Very personal service and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Zoe and team to help make our Cornwall dream come true.

Mandy showed me around 2 properties today. She acted in a professional and friendly way. She took her time explaining certain things about both properties and was knowledgeable in the answers she gave me to questions I asked. She was very polite and helpful in all aspects at both viewings. Mandy made me feel at ease at all times and both viewings with her were an extremely pleasant experience. I had a number of viewings held by Mandy at Anthony Quirk & Co, which led to me viewing a particular property for the 2nd time (again with Mandy). I subsequently made an offer which was accepted by the vendor. I found Mandy to be polite, helpful, very cheery Non-pushy with good advice given but most of all genuine.

AQ were quick to market the property at a realistic and competitive price. I was notified at all times by email (This was my mothers house and I do not live in the area) of prospective viewings and once a buyer was found was informed weekly by phone of developments with my buyer and solicitors. I was unfortunate to lose my first buyers as they were refused a mortgage but another buyer was found quickly. Overall, a good experience with what can be a stressful time. A special thanks to Zoe for her weekly update in a caring and professional manner

Brilliant is an understatement. Genuine and personal. Bought a property and they worked so hard during the process and continuously kept us in the loop. First time buying a property and Zoe gave us all the advice we needed. Every person we spoke to when we spoke to were friendly and was always able to answer an queries we had effortlessly. From booking our first viewing through to completion Anthony Quirk were fantastic! Nothing was ever too much! Chris, Lenny and Zoe made everything happen and were so down to earth and friendly. Definitely felt more like a person than just a number. Totally recommend. If we sell in the future I know where I am going 👍🏼

We have as of today exchanged our property and this has been a very bumpy ride, nothing went smoothly, but Anthony Quirks, from beginning to end have been amazing, we wouldn't have survived this without them. They are professional, understanding (when I was losing it!!!) and kept us in the loop. The sales progression team (Zoe Moore) have been worth their weight in gold, I can not recommend this team highly enough, I certainly wouldn't use anyone else.

Being kept up to date no matter what the day, whenever something new is coming up I’m told straight away. Great experience so far with the new agent in the office, Amy. Got two viewings this week so hopefully I’ll find my match!
