In 2008, we opened our bathroom showroom at our branch in Hedge End (Unique Plumbing Supplies). We had realised that the market was missing a showroom that offered a wide choice of bathroom products that were high in quality whilst offering competitive prices.
As a family run, local business (trading since 2004) we wanted to offer our customers quality products and an unrivaled level of customer service, as well as a sense of well being and value. She offered advice and options, helped us select products to meet our needs, compared prices and kept us updated by telephone and email. This was made more difficult by Covid restrictions but nothing was too much trouble. And when she was unavailable, Rob was able to answer our questions. The deliveries were on time and were very customer focussed. Very good communication. Very good all round service. Would definitely recommend them.

From walking into the showroom, through design and delivery nothing is too much trouble. We went window shopping as we don't live in the area but price, service and their willingness to deliver to us has had us order 2 bathrooms so far, another is in the pipeline. Every member of staff we have been in contact with has been a pleasure to do business with.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to both Jenny and Rob who were extremely helpful both in the showroom and via emails. All products arrived on the date anticipated and we are very pleased with the products and the price. The showroom is very well laid out with lots to see and very covid safe. Thanks to all and would definitely recommend this Company to anyone looking for inspiration and quality products for their new bathroom.

The service they provide to both our business and directly to our customers is second to none! Their knowledge, promptness and customer service can't be faulted. Any issues which arise have always been dealt with swiftly, making for a seamless service. We don't use any other bathroom showroom companies, as we know the service can't be bettered!
