I placed an order on 5/1/23 via the phone for 25 pcs of one item and 3 pcs of another item. I made it very clear that I needed them by 5/22. I was told that would not be an issue as long as I approved the proofs asap. On 5/5 I approved one and 5/9 I approved the other. On 5/22 I emailed customer service for an update but did not receive a response. On 5/23 at 8:28am I emailed the rep that I placed the order with asking for an update. I waited until noon that day for a response but did not receive one so I called her and she answered immediately. I inquired about an update and she told me that the portfolios that i ordered would be delivered by 6/9!!! I asked about the trophies and she said she would have to make a couple phone calls to see what happened! I never heard back from her nor did she answer the phone when I called back. You can understand my frustration as she told me on 5/1 that there was plenty enough time to get my order on time. I then called customer service and spoke with Marsha, she told me that the proof for the trophies was just accepted that day and that the portfolios were discontinued!!! Marsha was wonderful, she managed to get the trophies here for our event and a replacement item for the portfolios!!! She deserves a raise for all of her hard work. However, the original rep dropped the ball all the way around!!! She should have known that the portfolios were discontinued and then she should have called me to tell me that. Why the trophy order was never completed on time is beyond me as I approved that proof on 5/5. The entire experience will make me think twice about ordering from your company again. Update: So, you are telling me that in the 21 days from when I placed my order to when I called to get a status update (the day they were promised for delivery) your customer service team didn't know the item was discontinued!!!

Very nice looking products, fairly easy to order. But make sure you get a proof sent to you or take a screen shot of your item when ordering. Had to have my first order remade, the company took care of me and I am happy with the order. Will order again!
