Apr 20,2023There were a lot of issues with our order. The proof process wasn't smooth, you couldn't see exactly what the custom pins were going to look like. When we received our order there was a mistake with one of the pins and while the corrected one was sent out extremely fast, it was still disappointing. We have repeatedly had to correct proofs for the water bottles we ordered and I honestly don't have a lot of confidence they will arrive looking correct. I have been surprised at the issues because we haven't had quality issues in the past.
