Apr 14,2023We tried to place an order online under "clearance" pricing. It wouldn't give us that pricing, so I had to email the order (34 imprinted items). I did so. I spoke to someone on the phone twice after that and they NEVER mentioned the order would be held until payment was received. (clearly it was an oversight on my part, but NO REMINDER) I did receive two proofs to be approved, and I made my changes and sent back. When I never received the confirmation of processing I called. Well, I was told items were discontinued - I needed these items by Friday 4/7. I was at a loss. I called back later and the man said they were back ordered. I asked which is it? Disco'd or BO? Those are two different things to me. We ended up receiving 1 of the items I corrected the spelling of a name on wrong and then didn't receive an item that I had called in to change. VERY disappointing, as we have NEVER had this many issues with your company.
