Ordered a 54* wedge with 100gr KBS tour lite shaft. I received a 95gr shaft. Emailed them about it and “lisa” said they use 95gr shafts to build stiff shafts. Immediately I want to return the club. I asked for a return label and “Lisa” said they are still looking into the situation bc it might have just had the wrong sticker put on it. I ask again for a return label again and nothing. I asked again today and finally got the return label. How could I trust that I’m getting what i ordered from them? Will not have any hogans in my bag.

There are many golfers out there and if by any chance, you are looking for quality equipment, this isn't a bad option. Someone gifted me some iron, and it is really amazing.

The ordering and delivery of the clubs was good and i have no problem with the irons. However I bought 2 hybrids at the same time. They came with headcovers which were frankly useless and were lost in the first few rounds. I then noticed that the paint on the shafts has chipped in many places after relatively limited use. (This is in contrast to some Adams hybrids which i have had for 5 years and are not as badly chipped, so I don't believe my expectations are unrealistic.) I contacted Ben Hogan who couldn't have done, ir cared, less. They accepted that the headcovers were a problem and were 'working on this '. No replacement to be given though clearly they are defective by admission. Why sell them with defective headcovers? Why not get them right before going to market? Surely not that difficult as other makers manage it. Where the 2nd rate paint was concerned I was kindly offered the chance to pay $50 and p &p to have a new shaft fitted. Presumably exactly the same shaft with same result. Very disappointed with the company's response to these issues and their failure to offer any type of solution which doesn't involve me paying them more money. I think people should be aware of this. You don't seem to be able to add a review on their website which may explain why they're all 5*. I don't usually bother leaving bad reviews but I am rather angry about their "so what" attitude. Will revert to Pings in future.

Ordered my irons on March 15. Today is April 16 and I still do not have. I get there may be a delay but communicate that to me. Their phone is going unanswered and no return phone call. I’ve called 4 times in the last two days. They did email me back on the 8th blaming KBS. Very very disappointing. Not what I was expecting.

A brand new Icon 7 iron head came off while hitting golf balls ( 6th balls to be exact) and it ricocheted off my impact screen and hit me on my back. Contacted BH for a refund (sent me a return policy statement) instead of a refund they wanted to repair the irons so agreed. Told them to repair all my irons. Which they did. Now, the 7 iron has a rattling sound and a cracking sound when I hit golf balls. Contacted BH again. They want me to send them a video of rattling sound for a warranty purpose. Told Davis (a good customer service from him) I don't want the hassle. I'll re-shaft it myself. For those you who are thinking about buying BH irons. Think twice!

Purchased a set of ptx pro irons prior to COVID in 2020, brilliant!! Ordered a gs53 max driver, 4 wood and a hybrid, plus a cap. Paid in full on 11/01/21. Still waiting, 3 emails to enquire have gone unanswered. Very disappointing after such a positive initial experience last year. I realise there is a COVID delay however we’re now talking nearly 9!weeks and zero correspondence!!

My husband is still waiting for his clubs which he ordered on Dec 15th, no updates whether the clubs are ready or being shipped. It has been more than one month now.

I have sent 4 emails to this company. All I wanted is to by one of their products,the G53 MAX driver. I live in Canada and guess they don't like customers from outside the US. I have not received ONE response. What a joke of a company.

Received a set of Black Hogan Icons. 99.9% was perfection but there was something cosmetically that was bothering me. Rang up and spoke to Alison from ben Hogan.eu. And i have to say she has been outstanding in answering my questions and concerns. Today i receive brand new heads and couldn't be any happier. This is what you call proper service, so take note others out there. Thank You again Alison and Ben Hogan.eu. Andrew

I just wanted to say Hogan Irons are the best on the market.. by cutting out the middle man ( Rodger Dune)....... you get the Quality with a great price..... I have never had an issue thru the mail, with BH.........THANKS KEEP GOLFING... TRUMP 2020

I had bought 4-w PTx Pro irons earlier in the year and wanted to add a UiHi hybrid option. I didn't realize and it wasn't clear on the website that it was going to be another 4 iron. I've only hit less than 10 balls with this club. Its in perfect condition. I'd like to trade it in for the UiHi 3 iron which I believe is the 18 degree option. It looks like you only accept trade ins on full sets of irons. Can you help me out with this. Thanks

I was looking for something with some feel to replace my titleist ap1 irons Ordered the ptx pro black irons and they are everything the testimonials say and more. I almost don't care where the ball goes as long as I hit it solidly, they feel that good.

I ordered 3 Equalizer wedges with standard grips. When they arrived the grips were standard plus 2, a much larger grip than the regular standard grips. I contacted customer service and they said that because of Covid 19, grips were difficult to get and that probably was the reason for the error. Unfortunately, the Ben Hogan Company did not offer a remedy for the situation. I had to go to Golf Galaxy, at my expense, to get the proper fitting grips. This was my first order with the company and needless to say, I'm disappointed.

Been playing w/ Hogan Apex irons for years. Recently ordered ICON PW-4 w/ 18* UIHI 3 iron. 10 yards longer and feel perfect! WoW!!!!🤗

I spoke with a representative on Thursday July17 2020 I place an order for the demo Icon irons a driver and a fairway metal. I paid my shipping with my card he told me I should have on Monday possibly the delivery from fed ex showed 7/22/2020. I tried tracking every day and it showed info sent over to fed ex.it is now 7/22/2020 still no demos. I called fed ex and gave them my tracking number and surprise.... they were never shipped still at Ben Hogan golf. And to think I was going to order a set of Icon black irons 3 wedges driver and 3 wood even if I did not hit the demos. They took my shipping money and gave me nothing. I gave them one star because you have to at least give one to write a review. I loved my Hogan irons in the past but with the way they didn’t hold their end up I will stick with my titleist 710 MB’s and purchase a new set up from titleist. If they sent a set For free I probably would just send them right back. Robert Del Prete Hattiesburg Ms.
