The web portal is kind of out dated so don’t trust that even though you need to create a web portal account talking to the coordinators and assistant’s is the best way to move forward. Completely digital and docs you need to submit are easy work.

I will save a lot of money using this loan to consolidate credit card debt. The interest/finance charges are much cheaper than what I've been paying. It only takes a week or two for your money to be available. I am thankful for all the help I was given.

Mar 12,2024Business loan. My interaction with BHG started with a flyer in the mail. Intrigued, I filled out a short questionnaire online & was then contacted by TJ, a BHG associate. He was very professional and explained the services they offered in great detail. I decided to move forward with the application based on it all being from a soft credit pull. I did not want any new inquiries on my personal credit right now, so that definitely helped to see what kind of an offer I would receive. After selecting a product, I was handed off to Jessica who was very personable and knowledgeable. She gave me a few days to consider the offer & we closed on Monday. My experience with BHG concluded with Angie, who was also incredibly helpful. After the details were finalized, Angie assured I would receive a wire that day. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly & I would definitely recommend them to other small businesses seeking funding options either for an established business, or start-up. Overall, great dealing with them.
