Feb 15,2024Seems like a scam and I'm concerned about the lack of transparency. I received a call and was told I was pre-approved to submit a loan application. I received a secure link via email. Was asked to provided some sensitive information to start the application. Less than an hour later, I received an email stating that the application could not move forward and an explanation would be sent in 30 days. How could it be so? Never in my experience has a decision been made without any input, documentation, etc. I've called and emailed several times asking for a confirmation that this is indeed a legitimate applicaiton and that my information is secure. It has been almost 2 days and I have not received any call back from this company.

Feb 13,2024BHG has solicited me for years. I took the bait and provided everythjng they needed. The rep was very unkind and rude in emails and I had to reach out to connect with other rep. They make you sign a disclosure of 10 years worth of taxes and will not give you an idea of amount or interest rate at all. After weeks of going through their hoops they decline you with no additional information. I have the paper to prove they ask for 10 years of taxes that you need to sign for them to review and willing to provide to anyone. Don’t take their fancy bait they mail you.

Feb 12,2024Brett made the whole loan process seamless and was available for any questions I had. The whole process through funding was very quick, it only took a week (which included the weekend). I love how the funds are put into my account instead of the lender paying everything which makes it more difficult on my end. Other lenders take over a month to fund and end up overpaying cards which causes me to have to wait on a check to be mailed for the overpayment. BHG is quick and easy and I so appreciate that!
