Dec 13,2024Meine Erfahrung war top. Ich hatte mich beim Namen verschrieben und merkte es erst als ich die Bestellbestätigung kam. Ich habe an den Support geschrieben und sie meinten es wurde geändert und geht in Produktion. Leider kam es dennoch mit falschen Namen an. Ich habe mich wieder an den Support gewandt, der sehr rasch antwortet und ich bekam sofort die Info das ich gratis neu bestellen kann. Sogar die Lieferkosten wurden sofort rückerstattet. Top Kundenservice!

Hurtig og personlig: En ønsket udgået farve fundet frem fra lager i et par ex og blev straks tilbudt. Og da Visa-betaling lige drillede fordi den var væk fra webshoppen blev det fikset fluks. Ønsker denne lille genistreg og de gode folk al den luft under vingerne de kan bære. (And thank you for not beeing a robot ;o)

Dec 01,2024Har indkøbt en Birdie, der desværre er umulig at hænge op: Nedtaget fra væggen, passer beslaget fint ind, men når beslaget er fastgjort på væggen, kan fuglen ikke fastgøres. Det kan jo ikke være rigtig, at man får lyst til at smide den ud, før den er kommet i brug! Har andre haft samme udfordring, eller skal man blot være uddannet håndværker for at kunne foretage det, man skulle mene var en simpel ophængning....

Nov 25,2024Vi er enormt glade for vores fugl, som virkelig hjælper os til at forbedre vores indeklima på en hyggelig måde. Vores lidt aldrende fugl blev desværre pludseligt "syg" og havde problemer, men efter super god kundeservice fik vi hurtigt en ny frisk fugl på vingerne. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt produkt og tilhørende sublim kundeservice!

Når birdie “falder af pinden” får medarbejderne et lille humoristisk puf til at åbne vinduer og sørge for frisk luft. Ps. Har dem også på teenageværelserne hjemme i privaten - det virker!! Kæmpe anbefaling herfra

Oct 16,2024If you want to have a perfect decoration in your living room, children's room, kitchen or any other room, as well as constant reminder when you need to open your windows and give yourselves fresh air, Birdie is the perfect product that you should own. I think it would be a perfect product in schools and kindergartens as well as any other room for business or private use. So put this little bird inside the cage in your home and enjoy the fresh air.😉

Oct 10,2024Man skal lede meget længe efter en kundeservices der er på højde med Birdie, tak for en rigtig fin behandling, og tak for at sende en ny Birdie uden så meget bøvl. Jeg fik min Birdie i gave dec og vi har haft lidt bøvl de sidste par uger, jeg sendte en besked i chatten og fik straks svar, med forslag til problemløsning. Vi er endt med at sende vores lille ven til sos behandling el genbrug af plasten hvis den ikke overlever, har modtaget returlabel ub og der er fløjet en ny Birdie afsted til mig. Skal lige sige, jeg har ingen kvittering på min gave. Tak og skal helt sikkert have en ven mere til privaten Mvh Stine Klinik finefødder

Sep 29,2024The birdie looks like a beautiful piece of arts. It fits well in between the paintings on the wall and works very well. It has made us much more conscious of the quality of the air. Also the service is very friendly and perfect. When our very first birdie got ill (didn’t work after charging), we could send it back and got a new one. No extra charge. So for us a 10 out of 10!

Sep 26,2024I LOVE BIRDIE! I bought a Birdie for my apartment, and I simply love it, really makes me open the windows more. I also bought one for my dauthter, and they love it too. Her kids yell: Birdie is dead, Birdie is dead, when he has fallen down, and they rush to open the windows. Great way to teach little kids about clean, fresh indoor environment. Now I want one for my office as well ;-) And look out friends, I might get you one for Christmas :-)

Dec 17,2024Birdie er et genialt koncept. Det er nemt for hele familie at forstå, at der skal luftes ud, når fuglen er "død". Det gør, at alle pludselig er med på at vinduerne skal åbnes snarere end at der er en masse brok. Det giver også en tryghed at vide, at så længe fuglen "lever", så er luften i huset ok.
