Mar 03,2020Unfortunately due to all of their “shipping issues” we didn’t receive the ring for 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. That made for two botched wedding proposals, as both dates promised and we didn’t receive. 2 day shipping is false advertising. I know it takes time for their custom pieces but it is still false advertising and in the proposal business, it’s all about timing and they ruined it, twice.
