Sep 23,2022we dropped in at the Atelier just like that and were welcomed very warmly by Han and Ilia. Experienced a guided tour through the Atelier, bought a pair of Jeans, got a lot of information. this was super cool. Then we visited the Store the next day where we purchased other stuff with the help of the very friendly sales staff. all in all it felt like meeting old friends. Guys, you rock it!

Sep 21,2022Stuart was very welcoming and explained the different fits that they had, and he also took his time to show how their products were made. Their jeans are fantastic and there really is a fit for everyone. A tiny hiccup on that day demonstrated their great customer service as Stuart did his utmost to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Furthermore their alteration service is done quickly, in the shop and by the time you get a coffee next door, it is ready. I will definitely be coming again.

Sep 19,2022Definitely one of the best brand for jeans I have ever came across. Comfortable, great cutting. Only downside is international shipping is pretty expensive! Other than that the service is good and helped me to get the right size before I ordered online.

Aug 21,2022I ordered the NW3 in a 14 oz Turkish selvedge. The size I ordered is proving to be a wee bit too big, but since I regularly wash my jeans (yeah sue me) this is not a problem. I also ended up tapering them a little, guess I’m not the workwear type I aspired to. All my bad decisions aside, these are a wonderfully made pair that illustrates what a maker can do with proper care and great design. I think the only thing I would (and did) change are the tags made of nylon/poly on the inside waistband. They are cut with a hot knife to prevent fraying and I found those edges irritating so I removed them. I’ll do better with my choices next time, looking at the E8 in Japanese selvedge…

The young people who were there received me with charm, they were keen to explain everything I was asking, they were extremely helpful and patient when it came to try for sizes. That’s why I returned and I will come back again. I wish you made skirts snd dresses in the wonderful materials you are using! It is a pleasure to shop there especially as I am very interested in textiles!

Oct 15,2022I'm a self-declared "Fashionista." I don't have a lot of $ so, I tend to buy excellence instead of flair. When I discovered BLA, I was hesitant, but I followed through with my gut feeling. WoW! I was not discontented. I'll only buy their jeans & Chinos now. You pay for what you get. i'm in USA & I'll pay for these quality garments any day of the year. And, not too long of a shipping time.
