Nov 29,2024I had provided my banking information but the amount was deposited into a different account than what was specified in my loan application. Now I'm paying fees on a loan amount that I don't have access to. Update: In the end it was a combination of my error. Customer service diligently responded to my concerns to the best of their ability. The in-person and telephone support team were very responsive and friendly, however much they could help.
