Mar 02,2017The checks came in a timely manner. I was given a tracking # but no way to check it electronically - I had to call to get an update as to where it was. The woman I spoke with seemed annoyed or frustrated when I was not satisfied that all she could provide for an update was that they'd "left the facility". This should be advertised as the only tracking mechanism offered so people don't pay an extra $10 to NOT have access to tracking services. I did not feel that my package was any more secure with this coverage.

Mar 02,2017Checks were printed on the thinnest paper I have ever seen! The last checks I ordered (from another company) were printed on nice heavy stock, but these are thin, and are jambing the printer. Not like they were inexpensive, either! Would not order again, and will likely replace these from another source.

Mar 02,2017The checks arrived well packaged. The checks are printed on thin quality paper with smaller than expected lettering. The print on the checks is too light and difficult to see (my name address part). Would hesitate to order from this company again. You get what you pay for, but not always.

Mar 02,2017The ordering process was very easy. I appreciated the fact that checks Superstore has great security measures in place. After placing my order, I was flagged because they didn't have enough information to grant my order. I sent them what they asked for, and although it was an extra step, at least I knew it was a needed measure to insure I was who I said I was.
