Worst steaks I ever ordered. Cut too thin and were fatty. 1/4 inch rib eyes are not grading 1 Angus. Hamburgers were average an don't quality. Omaha and sam club burgers much better. This company is a waste 0f money. Check out Rastelli's online they kill this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! They are fraudsters that don’t even have customer service personnel who can address any issues you may have. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy elsewhere. Our filets came in unsealed, leaking plastic packages. They advised me to discard them and they would call me the next day to arrange another shipment. I have called 3 times and NOBODY can help me. They say a manager will call me. It has been a week and I am still waiting. This was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. Total waste of money. They don’t back up their products so no wonder there is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Disgusting! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Needless to so I won’t ever buy again and will advise family and friends likewise.

Unfortunately I placed an order with Costco for Chicago Steaks. My understanding from Costco is that Chicago directly sends their orders. I received a Tracking number that was never updated. This order was for Father's Day and figuring it was 2 day delivery I thought I had plenty of time, but apparently it never shipped. I received a confirmation that it was being processed but UPS never updated that it was shipped and after no update for 4 days I decided to cancel. While Costco was courteous, it seems Chicago Steak dropped the ball on this. I'll give CSC the benefit of the doubt if Costco is wrong, but I'll wait to hear back.

I ordered 4 Prime, 16oz NY strips from Chicago Steak Company and they mistakenly shipped me 4 non-Prime 12oz Angus Choice steaks. That's 12 ounces less steak and a downgrade in quality. I contacted them via Facebook. They responded immediately. Verified the error and shipped out the correct order within 2 days. I got to keep the original steaks and they were pretty good!

Just grilled my first filet and first time order from Chicago. These pieces of flattened out cut down meat were no where what I would say is the best beef. Not flavorful, no consistency, no body, just what looks like a wet dish rag. I have ordered from Omaha beef and gotten so much better taste and a filet that actually sits up instead of lying flat. I will Not be re-ordering from this over priced company ever again LeRoy Rench, Jr 6-2-2020 In all fairness, after cooking several more filets, I have found these to be flavorful and actually look like a filet. I can now say I am pleased with my choice. 6-16-2020

This was the first time that I have ordered from this company. Actually, the first time I have ordered meat from any company. Usually we buy organic, grassfed beef locally. The cost is comparable and the taste of the meat received from Chicago Steak was just as good...which is leaps and bounds above the meats offered at the local grocer. All meats were frozen when received and shipment arrived on time. This was a wonderful experience and will purchase from them again.

Received my order of 6 cut sirloin steaks. They are absolutely delicious Many thanks to Ms Nicole Orellana of Chicago Steak Company ‘s Customer Service. She was wonderful in solving a minor logistical problem. Very easy to work with. Will reorder again.

What a gyp. 99.00 for 4 steaks. Period. 4 hamburgers. I put in all the codes on my order. I got nothing free as advertised. I got no free shipping. And I got teeny tiny pieces of meat. No wonder they advertise all the time..no repeat customers

After my Big Bus Tour, my daughter and I stopped by Chicago Steak Company for a great meal with a terrific staff. All around we had the best experience and it was the perfect way to end a day I will never forget.

I am a 72 year old 100% DAV living in the Philippines---I order meats on line approximately 6 times a year for my 4 children living in the states. I have tried Omaha Meats, Kansas City Meats, Stockyards and Burgers Smokehouse---ALL, with No problem. I thought this year, I would give CHICAGO STEAKS a try---WRONG---TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT---Steaks arrived a day late---UNFROZEN---the "FREE" Promo they offered was NOT sent----Called them as did my son---they acknowledged I had typed in the Promo Code on the order BUT still REFUSED to send the Promo.....this arrogance and dishonesty from an on line meat company I have NEVER experienced before---I will NEVER order from CHICAGO STEAKS AGAIN and I am asking ALL my fellow Veterans in the VFW and American Legion and AMVETS--ALL, to take this warning NOT to order from CHICAGO STEAKS!!!! I was sent multiple steaks and put them all in the freezer once they arrived. When I went to take steaks out of the freezer one of them was black. Turns out the vacuum seal was broken. This had to have happened prior to arrival. So I call and they say the will do nothing because it was fine when I got it. Well it was frozen when I got it so there was no way to tell if the seal was broken and it had not sat in the freezer long enough at that point to turn black. So I can only assume they do not want to replace the steak because they do not rely on reorders as I can see why. The steaks were mediocre at best. So over priced steaks with horrible customer service. Stay away find a local butcher that does dry aging you will be much happier. Or for the price just find a restaurant that serves dry aged steaks.
