Though pricey but quality of Filet Mignon is out of this world and melts in your mouths. The first delivery was lost during Christmas weekend and never arrived but Customer Service was very courteous and make quick arrangements to re-sent before the holidays.
The steaks were fine, but the steaks were not worth the price. I will not purchase from this place again. Very disappointed.
We sent these steaks to our son and his family in CA. We were guests when they were served and they were fabulous. We would recommend them highly!!

The person taking the order was really personable. I found out later he provided information that wasn't correct. The delivery didn't go well. The zip code I provided (the same one I've been using for years) wasn't correct. The carrier, rather than calling the recepient, took the SALMON back to their facility and it wasn't gonna be re-delivered until the following Tuesday. SALMON has to be delivered within 24 hours. That could've been the carriers fault. Chicago Steak sent another order out and provided me with a discount. The people receiving the gift stated the salmon, burgers and ribeyes were tasty, but not any more so than Omaha Steaks. Omaha Steaks is considerably less expensive. Although the product was enjoyed by my family, I more than likely, will continue to just go to Omaha Steaks.
I paid an extra $45 for expedited shipping and the delivery came 2 days after the expected delivery date. I went to the party with out any presents. bummer guys!
Charged twice. Wouldn't send free steak burgers w ith ordinal order. Argumentative when calling them. Was suppose receive credit for second order. Kept blaming us that was our fault. Bad customer service. Ne ver order again and tell friends not to use Chicago steak. Never received a credit.
The whole process was awesome and the meat was delivered fresh.
Everthing was just great from ordering thr delivery to quality of steaks.

Paid $300 for a Prime prime rib that was suppose to be dry aged. Received a usda choice that we could have purchased at our local market for $69. Needless to say, we will never purchase from Chicago Steak again. Have a picture of the usda stamp on the package. Received a response from Chicago Steak Company apologizing for the error and offering to ship a new prime rib. Was amazed at the speed in which we received a response and was relieved to find out the Chicago Steak Company is a very reputable company.

I am told by the folks I sent the product to that the meat was spectacular. The customer service was excellent. What else would you want?
Good selection of different meats and cuts. A little pricey, but worth the taste of a good meal.

Jan 21,2016Tried to order steaks for two different households. Web site wouldn't let me split the order even tho I had two separate packages . So I decided to place two separate orders. tried to use coupon codes for free gift and free shipping. first order didn't work ?? second order went through perfectly. I called to express my problems and they said it would be fixed by tomorrow and I would receive an email confirmation to show problem was fixed. that never happened so I called again this time I asked for a supervisor since the person could not resolve this issue. Waited a day and still no supervisor called - next day I called AGAIN after 5 days situation was not resolved. It took 6 days to resolve? Never received our gift as promised in their add - it was shipped to our gift recipients when I called to ask why they said it was a problem with their web site sorry ?????What we were promised steak burgers so once again I called them only to get in an argument with the phone staff!!!!!! Gift giving shouldn't be this difficult
