Dec 29,2015I sent steaks to two of my family members. There was a promotional offer that I'd receive a dozen burger patties for ordering. I never received them. I called and was told that, even though the "ship to" said "same as bill to" (which was me) that the patties would go to the other people (which they never did, either). This left me confused, dismayed and the feeling of really being "taken for a ride" As far as all the positive reviews you've read, take a look at the overuse of the exclamation point (!) in each one. They look like they were all written by the same person.

Dec 12,2015I ordered a large pack of meat the London Broils were very tasty and a good portion, The hamburgers were thin but good as well, The Rib eye steaks were very disappointing way way to much fat on the two steaks, I have not thawed them out yet, I am a Rib Eye steak lover so needless to say this really bummed me out, I feel that because of this I did not get total value for what I spent
