Dec 14,2020Don't do business with these scammers. They're happy to take your money & supply a Royal Mail parcel tracking reference but upon checking it 3 weeks later, it says RM are awaiting the package from the suppliers. Furious & disappointed.

Dec 11,2020Failed to deliver full order, no updates and had to request a refund. Shocking customer service Received delivery of part of order, no communication to say why only part. Contacted a few days later and told item is out of stock. Finally received a refund on part of the order but only after chasing. Would recommend avoiding!

Dec 11,2020Not good☹️, the only thing we managed to save from the package, was the tree lights!. It was obvious it had been re packaged, as the box was ripped & taped up. When opened, the tree literally fell apart, the lights were tied & wrapped around all the branches, so we could not open them. Also the stand was missing from the box! 🤬. We haven’t opened the other one. Unless they collect it, will have to take our chances with it, as ordered 2 before Xmas.😤😢.

Dec 09,2020I ordered 2 sets of lights which were delivered in 48 hours excellent. Unfortunateley 1 set had a broken lead and bare terminals on a lamp, it could not be used. Tried the 0800 number, waste of time, you cannot contact them over the weekend. I went to the online chat, very helpful but lights no longer available. They offered a refund for the damaged lights, now time is short to find another set.

Dec 07,2020I ordered some outdoor icicle lights. First time using this company but they were delivered in super quick time and were well packaged. They were exactly what I was looking for and were very good quality. Unfortunetely after a few days they stopped working. I contacted customer services and they said that the lights I had ordered were out of stock but a refund was offered without question. I am disappointed that I can no longer get these lights but I very impressed with the after sales service given. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will certainly use again.

Dec 02,2020Bought 2 sets of icicle lights, took 10 days to be received and then one set had a broken transformer. Waited the requested 8 days for a replacement set of lights to be delivered. Then contacted them to be told the item hadn't been dispatched and wasn't even available. I am now left with a set of lights on the eaves of my house (took hours to put up) that cannot be used because I cannot find a replacement transformer. Really unhappy at the service I have received. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, delivery takes ages, items are broken and customer service just fobs you off.

Nov 30,2020Ordered item and it arrives without the plug transformer which renders it useless. The response from this company about complaints is to ring the freephone number ~ good luck with that as nobody answers. The live chat is useless as the keyboard warriors are most abrupt and unhelpful. You sent me a dud product and yet you can’t guarantee a transformer will arrive the next day !! All requested by 9.45am on a Monday morning ~ there are plenty of guaranteed delivery companies they can use. Appalling service and trust me I’m not one to normally write a review but I’m incensed by the blasé attitude of this company. Simply not good enough!

Dec 15,2020I ordered a new fibre optic tree one sunday afternoon as I was shielding and couldnt go to shops. The following afternoon my tree was delivered. Excellent customer service. The tree is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience.
