Mar 22,2021If i can give this terrible firm Zero star, i would do it. I wish i read all the reviews before order with them. Everything they said in they advertising is a LIE : Do your custom clearance in 30 minutes : LIE Clear Communication : LIE The fastest : LIE Transparent pricing : BIG LIE After that they take your money, they will take a half day to answer only one question about your shipping clearance then they will ignore u. If you want to deal with frustration, angriness, confusion, disappointement, hire them. They don't care about their customers they just care about money. Please don't do the same mistake as me : SKIP this firm especially if your are new to importation process and custom clearance. Im importing under de minimis process. This is supposed to be the fastest and easiest custom clearance process because there are no bound no taxes no fees to pay. The custom clearance under de minimis usually take few hours to be process, never a half day, never a day. Can u imagine that Its almost 4 days that my goods are still with the carrier because of clearit usa laziness and lack of professionalism? The carrier is adding storage fee each additional day they keep my goods. Clearit usa is heartless, unresponsive, uncaring they litteraly dont give a f*** of their customers needs. They are not customers service satisfaction oriented. They dont care if you lost time and money because of them. Please Never do the mistake to hire them. Otherwise u are going to regret it. Edit after i read their response : Clearit USA, Its very very SHAMEFUL AND DISHONNEST to lie on customers as you are doing. I sent u ALL the documents u asked me. I sent them since friday. On monday morning i asked u when will my custom clearance be processed and then u asked me once AGAIN to send you the declaration that i already sent u 2 days before and i told u that i send u this document to u since friday. I even point out the fact that u always keep asking me again and again to send the document that i already sent. I wish i could upload here the screenshot of our conversation to prove that you are a BIG LIAR. Listen People! this Firm is not only incompetent, they are also MESSY, ROUGH DRAFT And they are a LIAR. They will come here and lie on you after you review they lack of professionnalism and efficiency. Shame on you Clearit USA. Never Again i will hire u and i will make sure no one around me will not hire you for their custom clearance. You are a Bunch of Incompetent Agents.

Mar 07,2021Nothing personalized about this service. My cargo coming from Canada to Miami usually takes a week, with this company I'm going on two weeks. Clearit sent me a form to fill out that says fill out by importer or custom broker but they are waiting for me to fill out and i have no idea of the info requested on the form and Clearit won't fill it out. I am stuck on this process 4 days, no one to call because all communication is on a chat, so far 3 different people sending messages, not 1 phone call or email. Very frustrated.

Mar 29,2021For a first time importer, I found Clearit USA as a poor choice for a customs broker. They provided very little information as to the process and the next steps in the importing process. They were often unresponsive to myself and the shipping company that was attempting to get them to confirm the arrival notice so my package could clear customs. The most disappoint was that they told me they would arrange delivery of my cargo from the port to my physical location. After days of one sided communication they left me high and dry and I had to scramble to obtain a trucking company. Do yourself a favor and avoid Clearit USA
