They got the job done but the communication could have been better. The online chat was not helpful. Probably a Covid-19 issue as It seems to have fouled up so much

ClearIt helped me out in a bind. My package was stuck at customs, it was urgent that I get it quickly and I had zero experience importing. They were fast and very responsive. The on-line chat help feature and extended chat hours were incredibly helpful. Agents always responded very quickly in the chat. No waiting on a phone navigating a telephone tree. My account was set up and package cleared long before the other competitors even responded to my calls for help. ClearIt patiently walked me through many issues and questions. The website and dash board are very intuitive and helpful. ClearIt has EARNED my future business.

Reviews should be asked after all is finished, you guys . Of course I will give a best rating while my shipment is at your mercy, eh? Trust Pilot Account? I did not ask to have yet one more account from which to fend off nagging . Having a "Trust Pilot Account" is a breach of trust itself .
