I am a first-time importer and I starched for several weeks to find a custom clearing agent and I found a bunch of unscrupulous companies out there however I chose clear it USA because they were honest to begin with they gave me the education I need it to make an informed decision and they saved me over $900 and clearing my shipment by using the right classification an entry type I have already recommended and referred them to my China supplier who we're having issues with their customers finding trustworthy Custom clearing agents in the USA I will continue referring clear it USA to anyone who needs Custom clearing services my agent Leigh Carter is AWESOME!!!

We had an account with another broker for several years. I had a truck at the border and broker said we did not have an account with them, even though we had paid their most recent invoice on 5/21/20!! After some 5 hours of trying to resolve the issue, I decided to see if I could get another broker set up. Clearit got an account set up and my cargo cleared in less than 2 hours!! My order was just 1 pallet, but was holding up an entire truck load. Also, after being tossed around all day, I cannot express how refreshing it was to find a broker who was in constant communication. We are a small company with only a few imports a year, but we have made the decision to make Clearit our brokers for all future needs!!

So far so good! The process was extremely easy to sign up and walk you through what you need to do to import your goods. My goods are coming from the US from China. I haven’t received my shipment yet everything looks to be on track.
