First class product and service. Ordered items on a 'click and collect' basis. Agreed a collection time, because of Covid restrictions. Items were quickly made available for loading. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use website, payment was smooth, correspondence was complete, delivery and notifications was on time. Product matches expectation. External pain is good on the Acro-prop, but the internal paint between the 2 pipes was scuffed and exposing the metal. I see this as normal during operation and may have occurred during testing, but would have preferred 100% perfect product.

Ordered x3 underpinning jacks, received only x2, apparently the courier 'lost' the 3rd. Construction products online allowed 1 calendar month to pass, made zero effort to contact me,i asked for a refund and only recieved a percentage of the cost of the missing product. If a part of your order gets lost by the courier, you end up paying for it. Weird!.

I purchased 4 sets of the size 2 builders tressels on Monday. They arrived on the day they quoted (Wednesday). The courier was very friendly and dropped the goods exactly where I wanted and rang 30 mins prior to delivery to give me time to prepare. The goods very in perfect condition and are very well out together, would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will be recommending them to other tradesmen who are looking for a similar product.
