Mar 22,2023I ordered a Mirage Quattro (large) mask seal and you delivered a totally different type of seal. I am an elderly pensioner and did not realise the seal was incorrect until I had opened the package. I called you and was told refunds are not possible on opened packages. I lost $70 on that mask seal and will never use or recommend your company again.
