Jan 17,2023received the pillow promptly. It’s early days yet - only 2 weeks & they say it can take 4 weeks to fully acclimatise, but received email with prompts for review. It is taking a bit to get used to, but i think it will be a good solution. Some mornings i wake up having slid down the bed. The arm hole is a great feature, although I wish it was a bit easier to disentangle myself in the middle of the night to roll over, because i often get hip pain from lying on one side continuously (i am overweight- thanks menopause ) The other thing is the ‘snake’ is quite warm and as it gets hotter might make sleep difficult. Maybe a hi tech cooling fabric might be a good idea. Another bonus is i started snoring about 2 months ago and this has stopped it. All in all this was a good solution to gerd problems and snoring.

Jan 16,2023I recently placed an order online for air mini filters. After placing the order I realised I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong filters. I immediately phoned CPAP Australia and spoke with Sandra who, over the next few days, sorted the issue out and had the correct filters dispatched. I might add the order was placed on Boxing Day 2022. Thanks CPAP Australia and especially Sandra.
