Aug 26,2024Me esta gustando la experiencia con la empresa porque cuando llegue habian enviado algunos presentes para mi a host house y se sintio muy lindo. A la vez, se nota su presencia a treves de redes motivando a hacer cosas nuevas como participar de eventos sociales (yo vivo en ny y proximamente voy a ser voluntaria en una maraton que la empresa me envio), dejarnos aparecer y contar nuestras historias, la información que brinda a través de la plataforma, el estar en contacto preguntando como esta yendo todo. El apoyo de la lcc tambien esta siendo bueno con los meets que se organizan y su asistencia inmediata y concisa. Gracias por todo sigan asi!!! <3

Aug 19,2024La famiglia con cui ho vissuto quest'esperienza è stata perfetta, ma presumo per pura fortuna. L'agenzia di per se è da riconsiderare: ti pressano tantissimo prima della partenza, chiamandoti anche abbastanza insistentemente. Una volta partite scompaiono, non c'è traccia di nessuno. Le LCC che dovrebbero tutelarti non fanno assolutamente nulla e non ti aiutano per niente. Al mio ritorno in Italia non ho nemmeno ricevuto un messaggio se fosse andato tutto bene. Anzi, ho scritto io loro una mail perchè ero in difficoltà e ho ricevuto risposta dopo 20 giorni. Mi aspettavo di più da un'agenzia così importante e soprattutto così costosa rispetto alle altre. Partite ma con altre agenzie!!!

Passa as reclamações que digo sobre a host family para eles, nunca mais me viu ou ligou após a minha chegada e não me sinto segurada pela CC se aqui apenas tenho ela como o suporte.

Aug 16,2024I got the best host family ever, all my feelings about the experience are because they, they have been such a good company for me through this process, I have been receiving all their support and love, I could also learn a million things about the culture and another million about life. They are a great example of a family and they have been taking me out my comfort zone, I learned skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming into cold waters and more. My English has been better and also my perspective in general. I am feeling so grateful about this experience:)
