Everything was delivered to my door and all pictures were taken as I would expect. My first order with this company but if the furniture is as good as the way they train their delivery guys then everything should be excellent

Feb 26,2025Good product. The product looks good, flat back which i like, and I think should be targeted for dinning set or short period of sitting. I genuinely believe I could keep it, if I was going to get a seat memory foam. My issue : Hefty charges for postage, VAT and Returns compared to other products of the same quality. I had to return when I noticed the arm rest is unfoldable and I would be paying £129 for a £99.99 product Cancellation activated <24hrs of payment was denied to my surprise, It was slated to be delivered 5-7days later. (It got delivered within 36hrs) Not bad but why significant payment for postage. To return, I had to pay £13.49 to Royal mail to return that purchase.
