This wasn’t made clear to me when I placed my order and had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. My sofa has to now stay in the communal area until tomorrow when someone can help me take it up.

Jucelle from daals customer service was communicative and helpful throughout. Full refund (minus our cost of return) with minimal fuss.

Feb 28,2025Lovely looking sideboard but one drawer does not close properly, the gaps between the doors and unit are not symmetric making unit look wanky. Also has a very strong smell of chemicals/paint that has not disappeared after 2 weeks. Expected better for this price (spent £575). When contacted customer service response was “This is within tolerance. The piece is meant to look old each piece is unique.” It is a modern furniture piece, not sure where old look should apply.
