Feb 28,2025DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 items of furniture in the 'mint' colour. The description states mint colour and the photo shows the right colour. They are delivered in 'sage' - even the packaging states sage. Customer Services blame the studio lighting 🙄 expensive furniture and cheap customer services 🤨

Feb 28,2025I made an order and paid extra 30 quid to get it delivered before I go away, I’ve emailed customer service to make the delivery even faster and the item came literally two days after! And the best thing is I ordered something yesterday expecting for it to come after I come back from the holiday and it all ended up coming together I’m amazed and so happy with my purchase and the customer service will use 100% again and highly recommend! That’s the review I left at first now I’m changing it to 1 because my items are broken, snapped in half, chipped and falling apart.

Feb 28,2025The products are beautiful online but don’t be sucked in. Utter scam artists. I ordered a month ago and didn’t even get a confirmation. Not a single email about my order. I managed to make an online account to see the order. I rang 2 weeks after my order which was meant to take 5 working days and they told me it would be delivered by the 27th. The 27th came and went and still no word. Called back and they told me it was due to the area I live in having a delay in order. A full month has now gone by with no delivery date. The dressing table was for my daughter’s 11th birthday on 1st March. They have said 14 working days for my refund which I am not going to hold my breath for. It is looking like trading standards and my bank will be contacted. This is the first time I have given a bad review. I am shocked at how bad this company is. It is a shame because the items look beautiful.

We are located in a difficult area and they went above and beyond to make sure they put everything in the right places and delivered with a smile. Best delivery persons we’ve had during a salon renovation and they should feel like a credit to the company.
