Feb 14,2025The delivery men refused to take our sofa up one flight of stairs!!! There was no where for us to explain that our flat is on the first floor when we placed the order…how do you expect a small woman to carry a sofa up a flight of stairs by themselves!!

Feb 14,2025Very disappointed with Daals returning process. It’s absolutely ridiculous to expect us to return a furniture to our own expensive. I really like the products, the the experience of having to pay for a return has completely put me off buying anything on the site again, which is such as Shane as I really like the dining chairs that I bought. However, sometimes you order something that you think will work in a room and it doesn’t work the way you expected, so I’m not taking a chance to pay for a return ever again. Shane on you Daals

Feb 14,2025Hidden Charges - awful experience with delivery of furniture. They don’t let you pick a date for delivery and don’t take your number to contact you - yet when we “missed” the delivery (despite the fact that there were people in the house so they clearly didn’t try too hard) they charged us £30 pounds for a re-delivery. Tried many times to contact customer service about it and nothing - when we tried to rescind the order they said they were deducting the £30 from the refund - essentially daylight robbery and none of this was clear when we ordered the products.

Feb 14,2025TERRIBLE COMPANY having to do a charge back with my bank as they delivered a badly broken piece of furniture and are REFUSING to pick it up!! Even though I have evidenced everything with CCTV. SHOP ELSEWHERE DAALS IS DIRE!!

Feb 14,2025Denny & Mikey the 2 chaps that delivered the bed were so helpful and considerate. Had to leave my 70 year old dad to receive the bed and he was very impressed and he’s not easy to impress! He said they were thoughtful & polite he couldn’t fault them just what you want and need so they have a big thumbs up from our household. If the bed is as good as your service we are onto a sure winner. Thanks

Feb 14,2025Bought a sideboard. So far happy with the item, but absolutely not happy with the service. Ordered item on 15/01/25, when ordering it said it will be available in 3-4 business days. Order email said before 04/02/25. A bit later than anticipated, but not a big deal. Received a message and an email that item is dispatched and Scottish courier will get in touch with me regarding delivery on 30/01/25. No further update, on 03/02/25 called Daals support - was advised item will be delivered tomorrow, also provided Scottish courier contact number. Here starts the fun part, called Scottish courier who confirmed that they have such order, but no item yet. On 04/02/25 called Daals support again and then I was told that item is ready to dispatch to the Scottish courier. Called again Scottish courier who confirmed they still don't have an item, here they called Daals and they got information that item will arrive on 06/02/25 so they kindly made adjustments and set it for delivery on Friday 07/02/25 first thing in the morning, which gave us 1.5h to prepare the room before our guests arrived. I understand things happen, but in this situation I would have appreciated an honest answer, which would allow me to plan things differently.

Feb 14,2025The chairs we ordered came on the dey promised, they were exactly what we hoped. The delivery driver was very pleasant. There was a text and email a couple of days before saying what day it would be delivered. They don't give you their estimated (3 hr slot) until the morning of delivery, in my view this should be a 2 hr max window the evening before. A couple of hours before delivery you get an updated time which slipped 45 mins but every few minutes the time was updated. Apart from the 3hr window coming on the delivery day, I cannot fault it.
