Feb 28,2025Customer service and delivery service abysmal, you have absolutely no say what so ever with the delivery date. One customer advisor suggested having the sofa left with a neighbour or leaving the sofa in the garden in the middle of winter 😂. You’ll get a text the day before delivery and if you can’t take the delivery it’ll go back to planning then you won’t get contacted for at least a week. Spoke with endless customer advisors and explained what dates we were home and every time they said we can’t guarantee a delivery date, absolutely woeful customer service. If you order a large item you may as well book a week or two off of work. Luckily after a terrible experience the sofa seems to be good quality and the delivery guys were friendly (Fiz and Jay)

Feb 28,2025Did not accept delivery, did not sign for delivery. Even though your email says I did. I can only assume your delivery driver signed it himself, dumped it on my driveway next door to a travellers site and the rest is your problem. Please investigate and advise. Very fast and responsive from the customer service team and very happy with the coffee table, price and quality.

Feb 27,2025If you cannot afford having issues with your order, do not risk it. I am sure the furniture maybe Ok, but my order was never delivered and I am still arguing with very unhelpful customer support to do not get charged for their delivery issues.

Feb 27,2025Product arrived and two days after assembled a mystery mark appeared on one of draws. Paint work basically stained and chipped away. Company said user fault but after two days of usage, I don't believe the paint work should chip away. Poor quality and will not be using them again. Company offered no assistance replacement or even option to purchase a new front panel. Say my brand new unit is marked without any remedy
