Feb 27,2025Horrible customer service and poor delivery service! I placed a large order for furniture for a studio/set which was due to arrive 10 days later. 5 days before I had an email to say it was arriving early, so I called to explain that it wasn't a convenient delivery time as there was nobody available to receive the order that day. I asked if we could please stick to the original delivery date, and was told that it would now be another 10 days to wait, or that I could call every day and see if their planning team could put it on the truck the next day. I called 5 times and each time was told I had missed that days route, and that they'd email or call me the next day to confirm. Nobody ever called or emailed! When it got to the date it was originally meant to be delivered, they told me delivery was not possible. I asked at least 10 times to speak to a manager to help rectify this, I was told there was nobody available. When I asked for a refund, the agent dropped the call. Such a waste of time. I will never use this company again.

Feb 27,2025Ordered my bed which was expected to arrive by 7th March arrived early on the 27th February which is amazing! Communication with daals is brilliant and they have kept me updated throughout. On day of delivery, Gaz and Sanj were incredibly helpful. I was updated regularly on delivery times and when the bed arrived they were very professional, great and helpful with bringing the bed to where I needed it. Absolutely fantastic service all round and will definitely be ordering from daals again. Thank you so much for a simple and non-stressful process!

Feb 27,2025The mirror was smashed when we got it. We were sent a replacement within a few days though. However it was frustrating to have to wait in again. Once I put it together I noticed there’s a mark on the top surface which I hadn’t noticed when I first unpacked it. It’s like a split in the veneer. It’s only very fine so not very noticeable, however just added to the issue with the mirror. Shame because the actual style of the dresser is lovely… it’s just the quality.

Feb 27,2025I was delivered 2 damaged chairs out of the 4 I bought. £149 each. It took weeks to convince them to exchange the 2 chairs. They kept offering me £40 to keep them! They are excellent at answering emails BUT they don't address the actual issue. They dance around it. I had to take 2 days off work. 1 for delivery. 1 for the exchange. They made me box up the faulty chairs weeks before they came to get them. Now I'm seeking compensation or a gesture of good will. They are suddenly ignoring all my emails. Company policy is not to compensate customers for any reason!! They do not compensate with money back or voucher. Funny how they did offer me £40 to keep the chairs though. I would never buy from them again. NO STARS. STAY AWAY.. EXPENSIVE AND THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. Order No. 465582 SO YOU ASK ME TO CALL YOU IN YOUR RESPONSE. I CALL YOU. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHY I'M CALLING YOU. WHY DID YOU ASK ME TO CALL YOU??????????????? TO WASTE MORE OF MY TIME??? THIS IS JUST A JOKE DELILAH THOMPSON

Feb 27,2025One of the most horrendous deliveries of furniture I’ve ever witnessed. Never have I heard or seen a delivery team not allowed to carry items one flight of stairs or even refusing to offer a helping hand. I had to carry just under 190kg worth of furniture up to my flat by myself. I ended up injuring myself in the process, breaking my toe. I contacted Daals asking for help and they promised to call me back; haven’t heard back from them since. Apart from the fact that the couch looks beautiful, the comfort level is poor and you feel like you sag away completely, but not in a good way. Definitely would not recommend this couch to anyone.

The 2 delivery people James and Sean were really professional and pleasant and they were kind enough to take items into the room required as they were to heavy for me to lift. Excellent service and I would definately use this company again. Well done all!!
