Feb 27,2025My understanding sink cabinet that's only been up a week has risen at the top of the board and the customer service managment team told me it's my fault.... this was from the management team!! "We have reviewed this further and we have determined this has been caused down to your usage of the item" I have only had the item 1 week it is meant to be made for bathrooms i didn't want a new top panel as this would clearly be the case again if this has happened just 1 week after receiving... I found this comment extremely rude..

Feb 27,2025Upon receiving a faulty mattress by Daals, they refused to bear the costs of repackaging - which for a mattress is not cheap. As mattresses are delivered compact and machine wrapped - you cannot use the original material to repackage. Despite this they refused to cover any costs to rectify their own error.

Times where given are exactly when they delivered. Very polite and mindful of property , I thought it was mindful and considerate of them not making noise too as it was 7 in the morning for the sake of neighbours and my toddlers who where still in bed appreciate the smooth delivery this morning thanks so much

Feb 27,2025Oakley Set of 2 Champagne Velvet Upholstered Counter Stools with Contrast Piping. Ordered 2 sets of 2 of these chairs and then needed an extra one, so had to order another pair which was a bit annoying but I suppose I have a spare now. Would be better if these were sold as singles. I love the style and the quality is good for the price. Both deliveries arrived on time and they were pretty easy to assemble. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase and the whole buying experience.

Feb 27,2025I made the order and the items came the same week delivered to my mother’s address by two very friendly staff (Jack and William). She says it was the most friendly chats she’s had when receiving a parcel! I got regular updates on the delivery status and a timely phone call when they were 15 minutes away to ensure it will be received. It did not take me long or much expertise to build the furniture as the guides were very clear & I only needed a screwdriver. The furniture looks of good quality and condition.

Feb 27,2025Awful experience. Ordered a sofa for home delivery, when it arrived the delivery drivers wouldn't take it upstairs as they weren't allowed for insurance reasons. They tried to leave it blocking the entire hallway of the building, but I had to request they take it away as my neighbours wouldn't be able to enter their flats. Called deals customer service and they informed me 'it's the discretion of the driver if they carry up stairs', and that this was on their site. I searched their site for 10 mins and eventually found on an FAQs delivery page but this was completely unclear. It was also not mentioned once in the many 'home delivery' confirmation emails I received beforehand. I've requested a full refund as I need support carrying the sofa up to my flat and they had the cheek to then take £60 off my refund for a missed delivery fee! This must happen so often to people in flats, I can only assume the lack of signposting or information around this policy is a technique to gather these fees off individuals who don't realise. Will never be going back or recommending
