Feb 27,2025Had a fantastic experience with Daals! James and Sean delivered my bed and were the most helpful in bringing it up my 3 story building for me!! Literally could not have done it without them, super friendly and helpful with communication on delivery time too. I ordered the blue stripe Egerie Curved bed which I absolutely love. Looks super expensive and had no trouble assembling it on my own, 10/10

The true indication of a company is when something goes wrong & how they remedy that, lots of positive reviews for when they actually provide the goods in the condition that is advertised. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I ordered a table, upon inspection the wooden base was damaged. Absolutely nothing else was damaged, the box wasn't broken etc. I emailed Daals & after providing the images that were requested I was offered a 10% discount. As I had purchased a new item I refused & requested a replacement - this request was ignored & instead I was informed the final offer would be 15% discount. I then had to phone as this was obviously not acceptable, I had purchased a new item not a used item! Thankfully I spoke to someone who agreed to send a replacement, why this was not offered by email I had no idea? The replacement arrived & this too was damaged, in virtually the same area leaving me to conclude that they are clearly leaving the factory in this state - quality control it would appear is non existent! I then went through exactly the same process - 15% discount, nothing else & they refused to collect the damaged item? I was losing the will to live by this stage so I have raised this with my credit card company & seeking a resolution that route. Awful company, non existent quality control it would seem & even by today's awful standards of customer service this company has managed to reach new lows. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! As per usual with negative Trust pilot reviews the company is ever so quick to reply and offer to help. It seems that this is the experience when the review is public, unfortunately when you deal with them away from the public eye the experience is horrendous. Thanks for the offer but I'll deal with my credit card company!

Really glad I came across them we have our garden furniture from them and just re done the snug with their stuff. Some of it is flat pack and some comes assembled the flat pack goes together well

I have had a totally different and very positive experience this time. The chairs I purchased were lovely, customer service very efficient and delivery very quick. All in all I’m very pleased and would be a return customer.
