Feb 26,2025The chair was supplied quickly but after less than 3 hours of use the underlying cushion material had completely collapsed leaving a large sinkhole in the seat. On reporting the problem with photos to the company we have been completely fobbed off with ridiculous suggestions regarding plumping the cushion or letting the foam expand after transition. They have accepted no responsibility for their faulty product whatsoever.

Feb 26,2025Armchair cushion was delivered with a fault and customer service advice was to “plump and rotate it”. Update: your team have got back to me to say it’s not a fault and I should plump it again. Ridiculous. Waste of money and would not recommend this company…stay away!

Feb 26,2025The goods quality is excellent however the delivery process is poor. I was contacted and given 1hour 40 mins to respond. I work full time and was in a meeting- when I called back I was told the lorry was loaded and the delivery couldn’t change. It would cost me for a non delivery. I was forced to accept the delivery and the goods left outside my house as I couldn’t be there- all at my risk.
