Paid for express next day delivery as was going on holiday 4 days after purchase. Didn't receive item and haven't recieved a reply to my chase email to Dexters Surf Shop. Shocking..... no item, no refund, no reply. Don't buy from this company.

Purchased folding chair on 5th July. On 21st July I followed it up as it hadn't arrived. I was told on the telephone that 'royal mail has lost many packages and we are unsure what has happened'. Explained that this chair is needed for a holiday this weekend. Response was 'we will send one out to you for next day delivery'. Followed it up on the Friday via phone call. Person said that there is a power outage and that he could not log onto the systems to see what had happened. Was told to call back at 4pm. Called back at 4pm 'we are just logging on now ... we will call you back'. Called back at 4.40pm - we haven't got any of these chairs in the shop or our stock room .... but we are expecting a delivery today. Told them that I was going to write this review and would expect a full refund.

Ordered online. 2 days later, email to say item not in stock but offered slightly more expensive alternative with the offer of next day delivery free postage. Item is great, though not yet used. Thanks very much.

I use the shop regularly & always get great service - the website is just as good. Loads of brilliant stuff at reasonable prices & they even stock Vissla. Would definitely recommend to anyone who does watersports or just likes the relaxed surf look.

Ordered 2 items- 1 sent straight away but received an email saying they did not have the second one. It was indicated on their website that it was available and they took the money. They refunded the money around a week later. It still indicates on their website that the item is available.
