The headrest is not strong enough. Just two wooden sticks, That cannot hold it tightly.

Anthony delivered my mattress about 2 weeks ago and I can’t speak highly enough about how friendly and helpful he was. He even helped me bring it upstairs . I bought the rejuvenate mattress which is classed as medium on their website, lovely mattress but a lot firmer than I expected. All in all good company to deal with

Delivery time was great, the black Friday sale made such a lovely bed so affordable. I got a text the night before delivery from DFI and another text from my delivery driver, Anthony. Anthony also text me when he was 10 minutes away and was extremely friendly and just lovely in general. Will 100% recommend DFI beds to anyone looking for a new bed! Super comfy as well!

Was a bit wary buying a bed online without checking if the firmness was right for me first etc but the quality of the base headboard and mattress is second to none and so glad I did!

The delivery driver sent me a text to say he would be arriving between 9am/9.30am I text him back saying could he come at 9am which he did a lovely gentleman the white clips to hold the Divan base together I only got 1. I thought there should have been 2 the bed was for my daughter she is very happy with it.
