The staff in the shop are excellent particularly Kaya. Originally our delivery date was given to us incorrectly and we had to wait an extra week so I rang the shop and Kaya answered the phone. She apologised immediately and was so lovely. What a brilliant advertisement for your company DFI! She couldn't have been more friendly, efficient and reliable in her response. We had chosen our mattress which was perfect. It was so comfortable in the shop. The mattress arrived and my husband was so impressed with the delivery guy who carried the mattress in on one shoulder. We were advised to keep the wrapping on and try the bed for a couple of nights which we did. We found the bed harder than the shop model so we went back in to check. The first girl we dealt with was lovely too so Kaya was the one we dealt with the next time. She asked us to take our time and check it out. We said the shop model seemed softer and she explained that our own mattress is brand new and the shop model was being used by customers and has softened as a result. We were happy with this explanation and took the wrapping off our mattress and it is still quite firm but so comfortable, we love it. So DFI you ought to be really proud of yourselves but most of all the lovely staff that present and maintain your excellent mattresses and beds with care and pride in your Newry branch. My husband sent you an email praising your company but he made a valid point. No-one knows about you. We were telling friends and family about our lovely new bed and none of them have heard of you. So maybe you need to advertise your shop and it's location more. Thanks for making our new mattress experience so fulfilling. We will talk about your lovely staff and products and help advertise DFI Newry by word of mouth. Thanks again!

My experience of DFI Beds was good and helpful. I liked being able to purchase a complete bed. Other bed companies sold bed parts separately with hidden extras. What you see is what you get with DFI.... Good quality, prices, service and delivery.

New bed is nice and comfy. The amount of options when picking out a mattress can be overwhelming but I found the DFI website simple and informative. Communication via live chat before and after purchase was excellent as was the cnunication from the delivery driver. I would buy from DFI again. Thanks a million, Eimear
