Dec 16,2013From start to finish this company is well recommended. Ordered Muckboot wellies for a Christmas gift had the size paid by PayPal. Received emails throughout the delivery till they arrived next day. Tracking the order was brilliant, told me the hour slot they would deliver and you could even see the area the driver was in and what item number he was delivering . When the Muckboots arrived l was that impressed l asked Santa for some too which arrived the following day. Great service throughout and would definitely use again!

Dec 16,2013A present for my wife which was the wrong size (of course!) along with another gift which had to be changed. Easy Wellies sorted, changed & returned in no time. Still waiting for the other organisation to make an exchange. Not sure about having to accept "terms and conditions" to post a review, though. That will put me off doing this again.

Dec 11,2013I would purchase again and would recommend a friend to the company the only let down was the delivery company it came with track and trace and they said that they would deliver within the specific time it was on the van to deliver but received a email 1min before the delivery time saying it wouldn't be delivered 3days later on the Monday which was a shame so happy with my new boots lovely and comfortable and warm well worth the price.
