I made the mistake of thinking paying extra to have my renewal application completed by you thinking it would be faster and easier. What a joke! This has taken forever and still isnβt completed. Try giving more detailed instructions instead of waiting until customers send you what you requested so you can email them back and tell them to do it again!
Prices are reasonable, cheaper than others I checked.the web site worked perfectly and instuctions were esy to follow all thru to the finish. Doctor online visit was quick and no stress to it. Everything worked smoothly and totally no hassles or stress to it.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I used this company last year and had no issues. This year, they are terrible. They offshore their customer service in the Philippines. The agents don't listen or speak English very well. I see the doctor, get the approval and then the nightmare begins. I have dual residence and they wanted a copy of my license. Then a picture of me. But that wasn't enough ..retake the picture with a white background. Retake with glasses off, submit a bill with your address...resend with all 4 corners of the bill showing. Next, send us a copy of your vehicle registration. Next want another bill .. so I send my insurance card and bill. Now they want a passport. I don't have a passport. FINALLY, I ask why West Virginia is being so strict and needing all of this considering I am only renewing my medical card? I am told the hadn't even sent it in to the state yet. They were just making me do all of this, " just in case." I finally had enough and demanded a refund. I've notified the office of Medical Cannibus for WV, and they told me they would have needed only a copy of my drivers license and one bill showing my WV address. These people are awful, rude and frankly only care about taking your money. It's not at all about helping the patient at all. I will never use this scam company again. They simply don't care! Worst customer service agents and the director is even worse!
The process of filling out the on line forms were user friendly. It was confusing regarding the Doctor's appointment process. I did not know it was done for me and by video call. The staff were very helpful with me to complete. .
The staff are helpful and always courteous. The products were good as well!
Iβm thankful this company offers therapeutic care that allows me clarity and comfort while reducing the intensity and frequency of migraines.
I paid to get a hard copy of my medical card. I was charged for a service that was not provided. Go to your local dispensary and they will help you for free and you wont get ripped off. I recommend do not use this service or company.
I always pay for the full services. I had to recently renew my expired card, and I have never had as many issues as I have had this time around. I have chatted online w/ agents for help on checking on the process and have literally waited for 3 hours for the agent to never come back on after asking me to wait while they check. I have emailed the "help/support" services w/out any response 2x. I have had to go out of my way to check on card to then find out I needed to resubmit my pic and verification. If I didn't check on the card myself after waiting weeks, I would have never known this was even needed. The customer support and services have gone down since last year. IDK if the company has just gotten so big that they are hiring whomever. Just very disappointed even after I have referred and advertised for this company.
