Feb 27,2023I have been waiting 11 months for a shop to be built. It's been a nightmare. The first designer never replied to emails and the second makes small changes that take weeks. I complained and tried to get a refund but the small print states NO REFUNDS even if they fail to deliver. At least I asked the salesman to detail the items I wanted on the invoice. If I had not done that they would have just provided a VERY basic shop that I could have done myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A WAIST OF YOUR TIME. I am not asking for a super difficult shop, just the basics with a prompt if people leave with items in the basket and an add to wish list, etc. Also, just a note all the designers are overseas so you are not working with a UK-based team at the design stage.

Feb 22,2023worked with jay and vikas for company's revamp- website. There was a hiccups when Initially started to re-built. Main Issue was communication from designer kind of so laid back, who doesn't listen or try to understand, that's why It took 4 months to finish the job Instead of 6-8 weeks. slow processing work experience.

Feb 20,2023I had reservations about asking ElevateOM to refresh my website after a year of their initial build. That in itself had resulted in a series glitches, coding errors and Wordpress access issues. However, I was prepared to give ElevateOM a second chance and agreed a content refresh, new imagery and simple colour scheme. I was advised the content update would take about a week. One month later and my website is yet to be updated, the little that has is ad hoc leaving potential clients seeing at old content unrelated to the page titles. The colour scheme is yet to be actioned (or indeed agreed) and had I been advised that' image curation" would merely offer rights free, open source images, no better than those I had originally sourced and supplied, I would not have paid for that service. When asked for any insight or data that supported any of the imagery I received no response aside from 'gut feel'. Polite and charming staff can't make up for disjointed and poor project management that has resulted in anxiety and disappointment. Having paid upfront the least I'd expect is some customer service, but even this has been limited, with no direct response to any of my concerns. While there was some confusion on my part as to the original brief, once that had been clarified I'd anticipated some urgency for what is a straight-forward set of requests. Sadly that has not been forthcoming. Update 22 Feb - a revised website has been rushed out, it's live but without any sign off from me (the client) and looking like the rushed job it is. It's shambolic.

Feb 08,2023So after years of trying to get my website up and running properly, I had a call to say they should never have taken it on. I then got a call to say that my site would be sorted once and for all, but heard nothing and now seen that my website is no longer live. I have emailed several times now and the only way I will receive a reply is leaving a bad review. They do not do what they say they will do. My website has never been finished. My name would not be on their system as the website is in the name missju.co.uk

People listen to this lies who can pay £8400 wait for 2 years for the website to be created and destroy it does that make sense? Just tell them the truth you have dragged it that long so i could not claim the money from the bank, it was well played professionally scammers I'm sure there are alot of victims that have fallen on this company trap if you are a new one then please go and look for defrent company this one are professional scammers I repeat that.
