As the site developed, my ideas also developed and whilst broadly remaining within the original scope, every query was answered promptly and every request was accomodated through to delivery of the live site. Quite surprised at the price too - I had received far higher quotes but what I paid for this work seemed very reasonable indeed - I kept expecting them to come back and ask for more!

Jan 25,2023Signed up with them in Jan 2022, at first the experience was pleasant. Professional and welcoming. Since the final payment for the website and its going live, there have been issues. Most of the time the website doesn't work and I repeatedly email for it to be resolved. I get basic emails like, ' it works for us' or 'have you cleared the caches' but ultimately no one is actually supporting or helping me. Tim Rees who sold me the service was very nice, Vikas who built the website was slow to respond (but that is because this service is outsourced to India I assume) and the after sales customer service reps, have been next to useless and at times just plain rude. The stress of having such a bad experience with this company as resulted in two conclusions, I have become ill and got ME through stress and I have had to sell my business as I cannot do this anymore without having a breakdown. Basically I just want my website to work, so I can sell products and they can't do that. I would never use this company again and I would never ever recommend them. Stay well away. Edit: the company called me and they resolved the issue by having to reset their own internal servers. Nothing that I could have resolved myself. The reply from the company is misleading as over the last year, I have had to email in excess of 20times due to service. Also proper apology.

Information was provided to the company on multiple occasions, yet the website they produced was sub standard at best. These guys don’t make personal website they simply use a template and input ur info. On this occasion they even left parts of the template in place. 16.01.23 elevate reply to review with a lie, the customer never was happy

Jan 06,2023Great work so far in designing the home page for my new website. As a system analyst it's a little easier for me compared to a comparative novice; since I am able to put forward a detailed conceptual design for the developer. All my requirements have been followed thus far and a home page that I am happy with has been created. Now to the coding stage hopefully the process is as smooth as the home page design. Communication with my account manager (Jay) and developer (Sunil) has also been great!!

Jan 26,2023Now I can see why they “REBRANDED” last year!!! Previously called Web Creation UK!! You will speak to a UK based sales representative who are really informative and helpful and they will send you a link for payment, all very misleading… Once you have paid it’s all downhill from there, your web developer is based in India making it impossible to have any actual conversation with them due to time difference and all the call handlers are i believe South African and do not want to help if you have any complaints, they will just keep fobbing you off. Childlike web design, very DIY looking! The page you approve is not the page you get after they have taken the second payment! Constantly fobbed off and when you try to get hold of your so called project manager they are always on another call or at lunch! DO NOT use this company, the prices may look appealing but believe me you get what you pay for, pay cheap, get cheap!! There are much better web developers out there, use them. I will be taking this matter further as I believe this is some sort of scam, look at their terms and conditions before paying, stating no refunds despite the fact you don’t get the supposed “bespoke site” you paid for, you simply get a template site via woo commerce!! I wish I could show the comparison between the site they created vs the DIY site we already have, it is practically the same site with a bit of added colour, nothing bespoke about it. I will update as the matter progresses.
