They are incapable of building my website they do not respond to emails and will not call to resolve the issue. I have been waiting for my website to be finished for months and they knew it was urgent. Very strange customer service in fact no customer service. They simply do not value their customers. Dec 09,2022I have just had my web go live with Elevate. I worked with both Anuj and Cristine and they were so professional, patient and approachable. I do believe I was hard work, being a newbie to this, but nothing was ever too much. I am so pleased with the results and even more pleased that I actually own my own website. I also have their support over the year as they are managing it. I would definitely recommend their services.

Dec 08,2022I approached this company after seeing good review but it turns out the good reviews doesn't reflect in their action. I bought an all inclusive package for a website build for £750. After taking 50% of the payment they told me to buy a software from another company costing further £299. As well as asking for more money for content writing. I refused as it was not the agreement I had and asked for refund. Initially they said they don't do refund but when I pointed about consumer rights they agreed to pay but then they are not answering any emails or phone calls. Still waiting for the refund. I am going to report them to trading standards agency now.
