Oct 24,2024Ross and the team made the whole process of remortgaging smooth, straightforward and hassle free. The communication was first class and at no point did I feel out of the loop or unaware of what was happening and everything was explained in a very simple way. Envoy made what could have been a stressful period feel fairly relaxed. I would have no qualms in recommending Envoy, thanks to Ross and the team for all of your help.

Ross was very attentive throughout the process and helped us understand the in-depth workings of our mortgage. Ross secured us with the best rates, chased to find additional information on the offer we made on our new property and gave us advice whenever we had additional questions, this was even out of normal working hours and when he was on holiday! I would recommend Envoy to anyone as they really made the process of moving a lot less stressful.

We did not think we were anywhere near ready to move house but when our dream home came on the market we had to go for it. Ross made the process so simple and much less scary and we bought and sold our house within two weeks. He took all the hassle out of the process and answered all of our questions even when we thought they were silly ones. We would highly recommend them and their services.

Aug 16,2024Words can not really express how grateful I am to Ross at Envoy Financial for making my home ownership dream a reality. I found a property that I loved but was facing several challenging circumstances including a single income and being newly self-employed. I called a couple of brokers that I found online and was told that it would not be possible for me to get a mortgage at this point. Then Ross was recommended to me. I called not really expecting him to be able to help but he exceeded every expectation. He was easy to talk to, friendly, professional and explained everything clearly and patiently. He made himself available outside of office hours and responded to correspondence promptly. Against the odds, we got the ball rolling on a complex application. It was not without difficulties, but Ross and Karolina assisted with every little thing and somehow made it work! The help with insurance was also appreciated. I am now happily enjoying my home and it’s not an exaggeration to say that it would not have been possible without Envoy. So thank you! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

She went above and beyond to sort out our issues so close to a deadline! And was lovely to deal with! Really pleased. Would absolutely recommend!
