Apr 07,2024We were selling our house and looking for our forever home. During this process a friend had recommended Envoy Financial and specifically Ross, to us. This turned out to be one of the best recommendations we have ever had. Ross helped us port our existing mortgage, saving us thousands in fees, he sorted our life insurance, and home and contents, getting us the best deals, without us having to do anything ourselves. Ross also was amazing in helping us secure the house that we really wanted and was there throughout the whole process to answer questions and give advice. Communication was excellent and Ross made the whole process much easier and much less stressful - we could not have been happier with the service we have received.

My advisor Steffi was always on hand to advise on the best approach or packages for my needs and gave great reassurance that it suited my budget also. I was set up with a mortgage that was very competitive and not complicated to me. I had all my protection insurances put in place to help me should I not be able to work and allow peace of mind for my family. On the day of the house move Paul gave me reassurance that the exchange would go smoothly and on time which was a great help having never had that experience before. The professional and knowledgable advisors are first class and really put you at ease to know you can move house with confidence. Thanks again for all the help and advice received. We can’t recommend Steffi enough when buying a house, renewing your mortgage or looking for insurance. Nothing was a bother to her and we are so grateful that she made the process as easy as possible for us!

I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, all of the difficult and unpleasant aspects of getting a mortgage were taken care of for me, leaving the entire process completely stress free. I would never even consider applying for a mortgage (or a renewal) without using them.

I can’t praise Ross highly enough. He was always available to take our questions and provide expert guidance. Both he and Graeme pulled out all the stops to get our purchase over the line when our lender threw a spanner in the works at the 11th hour. It’s not often you find a business that is willing to work so hard to advocate for their customer and I can wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone considering buying a house.

Jan 24,2024Spoke to Ross at Envoy when selling one home and buying another. He offered new ideas which previous mortgage advisors had not suggested. He was super helpful and available out with normal working hours which took a lot of the stress away from trying to get time off work to arrange things. He saved me thousands of pounds with managing to stay on a lower interest rate and also managed to avoid early exit fees so a much better outcome than I anticipated. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone.

Apr 12,2024We would highly recommend Envoy Financial and particularly Ross who assisted us (with a bit of help from Graeme and Ashley who were also helpful)! We had a lot of questions and these were answered quickly and in simple terms that we understood. We felt supported for the entire duration of our mortgage application and it took away some of the stress of selling and purchasing a property at the same time. Although my husband was a first time buyer, I am a previous homeowner and still found Ross’ advice to be really valuable throughout. Thanks for all of your support, Ross!
