Jan 12,2024Being a first-time buyer with inexorable feelings of perturbation, Ross made the entire process completely pain-free and was indefatigable in assuring me that I had the necessary finances and job role to be able to comfortably afford my deposit and to then subsequently meet my mortgage obligations whilst still being in a stable financial position thereafter. He took great time to explain in explicit detail any aspect of the process I was uncertain about, omitting all unnecessary or abstruse industry verbiage and instead setting it in plain English. Ross also ensured I was offered the best offers and deals possible and went to great lengths to find them. Throughout the entire process, Ross was always exceptionally friendly, with a manifestly deep and intimate knowledge of his field; he was always available to shed light on whatever questions I had, regardless of how stupid they may have been. I cannot recommend this service enough! Especially for first-time buyers

Graeme assisted us with obtaining a mortgage and was so helpful the full process. He made the stressful process really easy and clear and we knew exactly what we had to do to make sure we could get the mortgage. Not only does Graeme talk you through your options, he is also very on the ball looking through the home report and offering advice! I would not hesitate to recommend Graeme or his team at Envoy they have been amazing! Thank you so much again Graeme!!

Once I secured my property, Ross moved the mortgage application process on quickly, providing clear options and advice. With only a 5 week period between my offer being accepted and getting the keys, I am very pleased with the service provided.

When we had issues with our sale, Graeme was always on hand to advise and really went the extra mile to ensure our mortgage deal was processed in extremely tight timelines and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn’t have been in safer hands as we looked for our first home. We saw a house, informed Ross, and after 24 hours Ross had went above and beyond to secure us our first home! After Ross from Envoy contacted us, we knew we were in great hands! He was soo informative and knowledgeable and made the full process STRESS FREE!!! Jan 12,2024My partner and I have just purchased our first home through Envoy and can’t thank Gemma enough for her help who made the entire process so smooth and easy! We had such a positive experience as first time buyers. Initially it can seem daunting as we had no prior knowledge of purchasing a home and with myself being self employed it can be more challenging. Gemma helped us ensure we were mortgage ready/ helped with finding a solicitor/ insurance etc and every step was clearly explained to us. Gemma advised us on the best products and handled everything for us. Our offer was accepted on the first home we put an offer in on and we were in our property within 3 months from our initial contact with Gemma, which meant we would enjoy our first Christmas as a family in our new home! I would absolutely recommend Gemma and the team at Envoy Financial for your next home purchase and thank you so much for all your help again.
