Envoy financial are more than just a company that helps you get a mortgage etc, I felt like the cared for you as a person while helping you with financial advice, I have very little to do and as a first time buyer it helped a lot, I was always kept in touch with what was happening from viewing a house to receiving the keys to my first home. The communication is second to none, I would recommend this company to family and friends and basically everyone who is buying their own house. I thank Ross and the team for helping me buy my new home.

Sep 13,2023I can't recommend envoy financial enough. When buying our first home Ross was amazing. Buying for us wasn't an easy process, Ross was patient and understanding. He was there to answer all our question morning and night. Ross did all the paper work and delt with everything, something we wouldn't have been able to do on our own. Ross saw I through the whole process right to the end. Myself and my family are grateful to have had him there throughout the process. He made it as easy for us as possible. What an amazing company, so helpful and informative.

I was recommended Ross by a close friend. After a week of having him help me through the process I had secured my very first home. It really was that easy. Ross was kind, approachable and made the whole experience enjoyable. I had zero stress, he explained every step and no question was too silly. I will be a lifelong client with this company and cannot even begin to recommend them enough. In my opinion, they are the best in the business. Ross stepped in after my initial mortgage that I sourced elsewhere fell through and managed to get another lender arranged for me, meaning I was able to complete on the house I had an offer accepted on rather than having to pull out. He was always available for any questions I had and offered professional advice at all stages. They offer a full package service which I found extremely helpful as it was my first experience with buying a property.

No question was silly and he helped me to work out a balance between deposits and monthly payments and paying over the asking price to keep within my budget. We were very impressed with the service that both Graham and Ross provided. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful.
