When buying online, I expect simplicity to purchase and return if required, someone on hand to speak to if required, competitive prices and good quality products (esp since I cannot physically see before purchasing). Mar 17,2024This is my third purchase in the past few months. There has been a problem with each order - on 2 occasions the wrong item been delivered. Despite living in a terrace house items are left in full view of the street which is very close to my front door. The company has been very apologetic and I appreciate that but there is a fundamental problem with their supply chain.

Mar 14,2024Shorty barbell is top quality and with a 28mm shaft feels just like a normal bar. The shorter length is perfect for my garage training and still loadable for heavy deads and squats. The knurl is comfortable while still being grippy. Customer service is amazing as I was using the barbell less than 48 hours after ordering. Even when the delivery company made a slight error Val from Gym and Fitness got it sorted and then followed up to make sure everything was ok and I was happy. Couldn’t recommend Gym and Fitness enough, simply amazing!

Mar 23,2024Great solid easy to use home gym. The pre sale communications where excellent and helpful. There where 3 bolts missing that but I had a similar size in the shed so it was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to purchase a home gym.
